This document has been drawn up in accordance with Art. 13 of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data (hereinafter the "Regulation" or "GDPR") and serves as information on the processing of personal data by the Vysoké Tatry Tourism Association, which, within the meaning of the Regulation, is the Controller in relation to the processing of personal data.

Our association has published this guide to help you understand how and why we collect information from you, who has access to that information, who you can contact if needed, for what purposes we process your personal data, for how long and on what legal basis, and what your rights are.   1. Accommodation facilities participating in the Tatry Card programme, which act on our behalf when obtaining consent to contact clients with an offer of the Tatry Card loyalty programme, can be found at tatrycard.sk/ubytovatelia.

  2. Companies that provide us with web hosting services, data storage, providers of marketing and analytics tools, and social media administrators:
