One system, two sides. It saves you admin and issues your guest a Tatry Card.

The digital guest register is a new tool from the town of Vysoké Tatry that saves accommodation providers time and paperwork around guest records and local tax. The same guest check-in that simplifies your work also automatically activates the guest's Tatry Card, a digital card with discounts on transport, attractions and services in the region, plus Mountain Rescue Service cover.

It means one thing that was missing until now. When a guest asks what the local tax actually pays for, you now have an answer in hand. The tax is returned to them as a card of benefits — concrete value in return, and you don't have to explain anything.

For providers

What's in it for you

Guest records are free for you and serve only you. The town only sees aggregated data from the monthly report, exactly as before.

The guest registers themselves before arrival, so you don't have to write down details or copy documents by hand on arrival. You just confirm their registration.

The monthly report for the town is generated automatically at the end of the month. Once you confirm it, it's sent to the town and you receive a copy with a QR code for paying the tax by bank transfer.

Reception software and hotel systems will be automatically linked, so there's no double record-keeping. If stay details change, you simply correct them and the system recalculates the tax automatically.

You decide whether a guest pays the tax or is exempt from it.

For guests

What's in it for your guest

Every registered guest automatically becomes entitled to a free Tatry Card. After a simple registration they have the card on their phone and can immediately use its benefits: an all-day ticket on the Tatra electric railway for €3.50, over thirty partner discounts, and Mountain Rescue Service cover in case of injury.

For you, this means a happier guest who sees their stay at your accommodation as better value, without costing you anything.
